Pet Refuge Pet of the Week: Noelle

Cheryl from Pet Refuge joined us in the studio to introduce us to Noelle.

Noel is a 3-4 year old rat terrier mix. She gets along with other dogs, unsure about cats. She will require a home with a fence.
