      Arrests made in Andrews University crime spree

      Police arrested three teenagers in connection with a string of robberies at Andrews University in Berrien Springs.

      Thomas Rogers, 18, 19-year-old Byron Talbert and a 17-year-old are all charged with several armed robbery counts.

      Police say it started when the teenagers robbed a student and tried to rob two others. Two of the victims were also assaulted.

      They also say the suspects threatened the victims with a knife and what is believed to be a plastic pellet gun.

      It all happened in three different locations in just a half hour Saturday night.Two of the victims had minor injuries.

      Campus officials locked down the dorms early as a precaution.
