Dolly Parton's Imagination Library kicks off in St. Joseph County
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY —
A program that continually provides young children with new books kicks off Monday in St. Joseph County.
It's called Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
Parents can register their children to receive a new, age-appropriate book each month from birth to age five.
Any child living in St. Joseph County can benefit from the program.
Country Music Star Dolly Parton launched the Imagination Library in 1995 to help the children in East Tennessee. It has since expanded to four countries.
You can register your child here ... or by filling out a paper registration form at any library in St. Joseph County.
Once a child is registered, he or she will receive the first Imagination Library book within seven to nine weeks through the U.S. Mail.
