Elkhart County man sentenced in Goshen murder
An Elkhart County man will spend several decades behind bars for a murder.
A judge sentenced Scotty Irvin to 64 years in prison for murder.
A judge convicted him in a bench trial in the 2016 death of Mark Huber.
Investigators say Irvin shot Huber in Goshen, then dumped his body in the Kingsbury Fish and Wildlife area in La Porte County.
The body was later found by a worker doing maintenance.
