Fire breaks out at Lippert Components in Mishawaka
A fire broke out at Lippert Components in Mishawaka late Friday night.
It happened in the 400 block of Byrkit just before 8 p.m.
Fire crews arrived on scene to find a small fire on the 'B Side' of the building.
According to the County Fire Chief, the fire originated in a portion of the building that is currently being demolished.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly. The cause is still unknown.
The fire chief told WSBT 22 they would not be investigating further because the building is being torn down.
No one was in the building at the time. No injuries were reported.
