Former Notre Dame employee pleads guilty to forgery and theft charges
NOTRE DAME —
A former Notre Dame employee accused of taking $200,000 from the law school is now pleading guilty.
Jennifer Ihns entered a plea to charges including forgery and theft.
The 44-year-old will be required to pay back $199,000 to the University.
Police say the thefts took place between 2009 to 2016.
Court documents allege at times she altered scanned check images to hide the thefts.
Ihns is scheduled to be sentenced In April.
