Tomorrow (Wednesday) a grand jury will meet to figure out if an Elkhart officer-involved shooting case will move forward.

Police shot a 13-year-old boy back in May.

The shots fired after a chase with officers from the Elkhart Police Department and Norfolk Southern Railroad police.

The Norfolk Southern officer is the one who shot the teen.

The prosecutor told WSBT back in May the teen would also face felony charges of fleeing police.
