Niles considering food-truck ordinance
The city has crafted an ordinance to regulate food trucks.
It prohibits food trucks from doing business within 75 feet of the property line of a restaurant unless they set up in a city park or city owned lot. That's according to Jeff Parrott with our reporting partners at the South Bend Tribune.
The ordinance will have its second reading at a city council meeting March 27. A vote would come after a public hearing.
