Sentence handed down in deadly South Bend home invasion

A 19-year-old has been sentenced to 65 years in prison for his role in a deadly South Bend home invasion.

Nate Coley was one of five men who robbed and burglarized a North Michigan Street home last December, killing Sandra Price.

Coley wasn't the one who stabbed Price, but he and three others faced murder charges because they were accomplices.

Police say they broke into the home on North Michigan Street last December. Sandra Price lived there and died from her injuries almost two weeks later. Her husband and several other family members were also hurt.

Walter Neely pleaded guilty to murder. He was the one who stabbed Price.

Gemari Cotton, Khawann Lamar, and Lee Griffin were all either found guilty or pleaded guilty.
