South Bend man killed in crash near Holland, Mich.

A South Bend man was killed in a crash near Holland, Michigan today.It happened just after noon on westbound I-196 near the Adams Street exit in Holland Township.Ottawa County Sheriff's officials say 50-year-old Randall Spriggs of South Bend was killed when his car slammed into the back of a semi.Deputies say the semi slowed down as traffic merged into one lane at a construction zone. They say, just before the crash, dispatchers took a call saying Spriggs' car was weaving around in its lane and had crossed the fog line (solid white line on the side of the road) several times.Watch WSBT News at 11 and WSBT First Thing in the Morning on Monday for the latest.
