South Shore to bus passengers due to weather conditions
SOUTH BEND —
The South Shore announced Saturday that they would begin busing train passengers due to cold temperatures and snow.
Starting Monday, January 1 into Tuesday, January 2 all passengers will be bused from South Bend to Michigan City.
Service is expected to resume Tuesday with eastbound Train 7.
Officials also say Hudson Lake stops will be suspended as well and eastbound Trains 701 and 703 on Monday and Train 401 on Tuesday (between Carroll Ave. and South Bend) will be canceled.
