Anna Rohrer leads Irish on first day of ACC Tournament
CORAL GABLES, FL —
The Notre Dame track and field kicked off the 2018 ACC outdoor championships this Thursday in Florida. The Irish qualified for the finals along with earning All-ACC honors with the men's team sitting at third overall and women in seventh after day one.
Anna Rohrer ran in her second meet of the year, and immediately jumped out in the lead of the 10000 meter final. Rohrer held off Louisville until the final stretch, but finished second overall with a time of 33:03.30. Rohrer earned a silver medal and first team All-ACC honors for her ninth ACC medal in her career.
