ELECTION RESULTS: Republicans take majority in Indiana

The big win Tuesday, obviously, went to Donald Trump.

Republican candidate Jennifer McCormick has been elected as Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction.

Niles residents have elected Nick Shelton as their new mayor.

Republican Eric Holcomb has won the race for Governor of Indiana. He ran against Democrat John R. Gregg and Libertarian Rex Bell.

Republican nominee Jackie Walorski has been elected Congresswoman for Indiana’s second district.

In the race for Indiana Attorney General, Republican Curtis Hill, has won the vote against Democrat Lorenzo Arredondo.

The "Right to Hunt" constitutional amendment passed in Indiana, the Associated Press predicts.

Republican Todd Young was elected to the U.S. Senate from Indiana, the Associated Press and CBS predict.

In Michigan Fred Upton won re-election in the 6th District of the US House. The Republican incumbent faced off against Democrat Paul Clements.

Two school-funding referenda pass in Mishawaka.
