Arrest made in crash that killed Amish mom, daughter in LaGrange County

New information about a crash that killed two people.

Jazieel Leon-Galvan, 21, has been arrested. The LaGrange County Prosecutor filed two felony counts against him of OWI Causing Death.

Police say Leon-Galvan was drinking when he hit an Amish buggy Saturday morning.

Velda Miller and her 15-year-old daughter Melissa died.

Police say Leon-Galvan told them he was trying to pass another vehicle when he hit the buggy.
