Body of woman who was missing for 5 years found in LaGrange County field
With the help of a forensic anthropologist team with the University of Indianapolis, Indiana State Police say the skeletal remains of a woman found in a rural LaGrange County field have been identified as Tiffany A. Huffman. She was reported missing in 2012.
The remains were found in April by the owner of a property near County Roads 950 East and 350 South.
The forensic team did DNA testing along with an anthropological exam to determine the cause of death and the person's identity, say police.
Huffman was reported missing from Stroh, Indiana on July 20, 2012.
Police say the cause hasn't been determined, but at this time foul play is not suspected.
