A busy night for South Bend police.

Teonna Harris, 22, of South Bend was arrested and faces charges following a rollover crash. She was cited for driving while suspended, improper passing and false informing.

Police say the crash sent her sister to the hospital.

It happened around 3:00 a.m. near the intersection of Lincolnway and Wilber.

Police say the car tried to pass another vehicle turning left on Wilber and clipped it, causing it to flip.

The crash actually trapped Harris's sister's arms beneath the vehicle for a time. But at last report she was listed in good condition with a shoulder injury.

Fifteen minutes later, and a few blocks away, police responded to a ShotSpotter call for multiple shots fired in the 2500 block of W. Kenwood.
