CASS COUNTY, Mich. (WSBT 22) — Closing arguments have wrapped up in a trial for a Cass County man charged in an active shooter incident from last year.

Exclusive body camera video obtained by WSBT shows 47-year-old Randy Kirk’s arrest after he pulled a gun on officers.
Kirk faces 14 different counts after he allegedly opened fire at the intersection of Calvin Center Road and Brownsville Street in Cass County last July.

Kirk faces a maximum of life in prison if convicted.
Jury deliberations begin tomorrow morning.
