New information has been released about the small plane crash that took the lives of four prominent members of the Warsaw community back in 2015.
The FAA has released its final report on the crash. It says the accident was most likely caused by "the pilot's loss of airplane control"... "for reasons that could not be determined."
The crash claimed the lives of Warsaw councilman Charlie Smith, his son Scott, race-car driver Tony Elliott, and former Tippecanoe Valley High School Educator Scott Bibler.
The plane took off from Warsaw on October 2, 2015 and crashed in South Carolina.
