Firefighters respond to fire at North River Landing Apartments in Elkhart

Elkhart City dispatch confirms that firefighters responded to calls of a fire at 2301 West Lexington at North River Landing Apartments in Elkhart.

No injuries were reported.

The fire chief says the fire started on the second floor.

A resident told us inspections were done today, but the fire department says they hadn't done inspections at that specific location.
