Girl, 14, pulled out of Lake Michigan has died

UPDATE: A teen pulled from Lake Michigan in Berrien County Sunday has died.

The Bridgman police chief made the announcement Sunday night.

The girl's name has not been released.

ORIGINAL STORY: Police say two people have been pulled from Lake Michigan.

Police got the call for a possible drowning at Weko Beach just before 1:15 this afternoon.

People on the beach pulled two teen girls out of the water.

The 15-year-old was okay.

But the 14-year-old was unresponsive.. and taken to Spectrum Lakeland Hospital.. before being airlifted to Devos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids.
