'His reign of violence is over' – Elkhart County man sentenced for double murder
"His reign of violence is over." That's what the Elkhart County prosecutor says about James Ross.
He was sentenced to 130 years in prison for a double murder.
A jury convicted him of killing brothers Antonio and Anthony McCLain from Saginaw. It happened outside an Elkhart apartment in 2016.
Prosecutors say a heated confrontation between Ross and Antonio led to the shooting.
Police say Ross shot both men in the face as witnesses watched.
