13 and a half years in prison. Alexander Jackson was sentenced for two road rage incidents in Kosciusko County, including one where a police officer shot him.

Our reporting partners at the Warsaw Times-Union say the 25-year-old was sentenced Friday.

Jackson pleaded guilty back in April to five felonies, including battery on a police officer.

He was originally charged with attempted murder but that was reduced as part of the plea agreement.

The case goes back to last July in North Webster that included Jackson shooting a gun during a chase.
