Man reportedly involved in Notre Dame tailgate stabbing pleads not guilty

On September 1, 2018, police responded to reports of a stabbing at a tailgate party near the intersection of Ivy Court and Twyckenham Drive in South Bend. This was the weekend of the Notre Dame vs. Michigan game.

Adam Campbell was arrested and charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon and aggravated battery.

He has pleaded not guilty.

Two people were stabbed during a fight between two tailgating parties.

He is due in court again on September 25th.
