Police are looking for the suspect in a deadly hit-and-run in Mishawaka.
This happened just before 11 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Filbert and McKinley.
Police say when they arrived on scene, a person was found dead in the street.
Investigators are now looking to public's help in finding the driver responsible.
"We're going to be looking at the scene round here, and contacting local businesses. We're hopeful there are some cameras or something that may have captured something,” said Gene Eyster, St. Joseph County FACT.
St. Joseph County FACT is investigating the case.
Investigators say they believe the suspect vehicle to be a smaller four-door red vehicle with extensive damage to the front.
