Pulaski County coroner identifies victim in fatal house fire
Police say a man whose body was found after a Pulaski County house fire was a victim of homicide.
The Pulaski County Coroner's Office identified the victim today (Monday) as William O'Neil Toosley.
The coroner released previous statements describing the cause of death as homicide and the manner of death as blunt trauma to his head.
His immediate family has been notified.
The fire broke out on August 13 at a house on County Road 300 North in Medaryville.
Police also say a person of interest has been identified, but there have been no arrests or charges.
