South Bend, Mishawaka compete in Salvation Army fundraiser

The Red Kettle Ring Off is in full swing today as part of Giving Tuesday.

South Bend and Mishawaka public officials will be ringing the bells for 12 hours.

They're competing to see which city can raise the most money for the Salvation Army.

Mishawaka won last year.
