UPDATE: Indiana State Police say body likely belongs to missing woman
SATURDAY UPDATE: A sad update to the search for a woman who went missing in Veedersburg, Indiana.
State police say a body found Saturday in Fountain County has been tentatively identified as 43-year-old Terri Ann Bell, who went missing Friday.
The following release was issued Saturday night by Indiana State Police:
Veedersburg-The Indiana State Police out of the Lafayette Post have found the body of a female that has been tentatively identified as Terri Ann Bell, 43 of Veedersburg, IN. Preliminary investigation has revealed that her body was found this afternoon at about 4:00 p.m.in rural Fountain County near the town of Veedersburg. Family has been notified. The investigation is continuing. No other information will be released at this time. The original release is posted below.
Veedersburg-The Indiana State Police out of the Lafayette Post are looking for Terri Ann Bell 43 years old, 5’4”, 150 pounds blond hair and blue eyes. There is now clothing description at this time. She was reported missing today. She was last seen at her residence, 801 N. Walnut St. Veedersburg, IN. Anyone with information should contact the ISP Post at Lafayette at 765-567-2125 and ask to speak to Trooper Detective A.J. Smith or F/Sgt. Jerry Holeman.
