It doesn't get any bigger than this on the gridiron: the NIC title will be decided Friday night, when rivals Penn and Mishawaka face-off in the Backyard Brawl!

Both teams come into the match-up with a lot of momentum, each riding 5-game winning streaks.

This game doesn't need any extra juice, but thanks to the stakes it's there anyway!

"They've had a great, great year. That puts even more excitement on the line if that's at all possible. Coach Kinder and his staff have done a great job. His kids play extremely hard," Head Coach Cory Yeoman added, "You have to try and do is play great assignment football because that's what they're going to do. They know what they're doing and how to do it and you have to be focused on what your job is when you're trying to defend that."

Mishawaka Head Coach Keith Kinder said, "I think a conference championship in any year is important. I think Coach Yeoman would tell you the same thing. They've been fortunate enough to win several in a row. I think any time you have a chance to win a trophy its a special opportunity that you can't take for granted because you're not sure how many times you're going to get a chance to do that."
