Edwardsburg has reached the division four state title game for the first time in program history, and there is no shortage of excitement as the Eddies head to Ford Field.

Junior Caden Goggins said, "It feels great. Most of us have been playing together since we were kids, so it's been our goal for a while to make it here. And finally getting the opportunity to play at Ford Field, it's amazing."

Head Coach Kevin Bartz added, "It's been very exciting. My phone has been blowing up all the time, my computer with all the emails and everything. I'm hearing from players that I had twenty years ago saying, "Coach I'll be at the Dome can't wait to see you there". That's probably the most exciting part for me, you know watching the people come in and buying the tickets and the excitement they have."

The Eddies will kick-off against Grand Rapids Catholic Central on Friday at 7:30 at Ford Field in Detroit
