Notre Dame men's basketball team won their second-straight at home on Saturday afternoon over Florida State, 84-69.

But the Irish have another big assignment Monday night, with the Tar Heels. On January 13, Notre Dame hosted UNC. They trailed North Carolina by one point with 7.1 seconds remaining and T.J. Gibbs was able to get a couple looks at the rim, but his shot never fell. The Irish fell in a heartbreaker, in one of five games in the month of January, without point guard Matt Farrell.

Farrell's back though, and not only did he say he's "100 percent," but he backed that statement up with a career-high 28 points against the Seminoles this weekend.

Looking at Monday's rematch, Farrell said, "I hope they're a little tired."

That's because UNC is taking the court for the third time in five days. But in those games, the Tar Heels also recorded two big wins just days ago. UNC held on late to beat No.9 Duke 82-78, and then grabbed a road rivalry win on Saturday against NC State. The Blue Devils are ranked No. 21 in the AP Poll and are 19-7 overall this season.

The Big Monday match-up tips off at 7pm ET on ESPN.
